Job summary

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. seeks an Environmental Sustainability Data Analytics Intern for a full-time, 6-month program in Orlando, FL, January 2027 through June 2027. You will gather data, develop KPIs, and build dashboards to support environmental goals across Disney sites worldwide.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, rigorous analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required; most weekends are not expected.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce ad hoc data support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to share insights with partners at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and align priorities with leaders.
• Attention to data accuracy and ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain regular data collection and reporting processes and meet timelines.

• Experience with database data entry, data validation, and building data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Gather data across Walt Disney World and global Disney Experiences sites.
• Develop measurement methodologies, metrics, and KPIs.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for partners to track performance toward environmental goals.
• Support fieldwork and studies in various weather conditions; assist with waste studies and pilots.
• Contribute to data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams.
• Design and improve BI visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
