Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, architecture, real estate, environmental studies, engineering or related field.
• Excellent written, oral, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to learn on the job and adapt to client needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in corporate sustainability and working with diverse portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a team coordinator and client support resource across multiple sustainability consulting contracts.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, agendas, action items, and client communications.
• Coordinate ESG/Sustainability reporting initiatives (GRESB, PRI, CDP, EcoVadis).
• Support sustainability program development, policy updates, and annual planning.
• Create, review, and present client-facing content including reports and trainings.
• Administer project management systems and collaboration platforms.
• Conduct surveys and stakeholder engagement for clients and properties.
• Coordinate technical sustainability assessments at portfolio and property levels.
