Job summary

The candidate should hold a Master or Bachelor of Architecture with several years of relevant experience, strong energy modeling and code knowledge, and be capable of producing construction documents; limited travel is required.
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture with required years of experience in architectural design and sustainable design.
- 4 years of sustainable design experience; 2 years in design/documentation of mixed-use multifamily projects; familiarity with IBC, NFPA, ANSI, ADA, FHA and BOMA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sustainability goals across projects.
- Lead BIM 360-related activities for complex, multi-discipline design projects.
- Coordinate design consultants and manage technical solutions with PMs and other architects.
- Develop and maintain design intent through drawings and specs.
- Prepare construction documents and support construction administration.
