Job summary

ECOS is a women-led company producing plant-powered detergents and cleaners. We are seeking a Sustainability Specialist to manage data, support TRUE Zero Waste and LEED programs, and drive environmental reporting across divisions.

The role emphasizes collecting and analyzing waste, energy, and water metrics; developing dashboards for leadership; and coordinating audits and documentation to maintain certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related field.
• 3+ years in sustainability, waste reduction or ESG reporting.
• Experience supporting TRUE Zero Waste and LEED certifications.
• TRUE Advisor or LEED Green Associate preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sustainability databases and track metrics (waste, energy, water).
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Lead data collection for TRUE Zero Waste and LEED certifications.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance records.
• Collaborate with operations to reduce waste and costs.
• Provide internal communications and training on sustainability programs.
