  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation and implement validation processes to ensure accuracy across internal and external platforms, such as EcoVadis.

  • Oversee greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) and track progress against climate and sustainability targets, providing accurate data and actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Manage data collection and analytics for the annual ESG report.
Retailer & Regulatory Compliance
  • Partner with leadership on compliance with key retailer sustainability programs and emerging global regulations related to extended producer responsibility (EPR), climate disclosure and environmental claims.
Certification & Environmental Impact Analysis
  • Lead B Corp certification and recertification processes.
  • Work on Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and translate findings into actionable product and packaging improvements.
  • Support third‑party sustainability certifications
Business Integration & Insights

  • 2+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, compliance, or environmental data management, preferably within beauty or consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and GHG accounting methodologies.
  • Experience with retailer sustainability programs and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience participating in PLM/ERP or data system implementations.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials, recyclability standards, and circular economy principles.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to manage complex datasets and cross‑functional stakeholders.
