Job description

About Arva

Arva is an environmental intelligence company that serves as a bridge between agriculture and corporations dependent on agricultural supply chains. The company leverages artificial intelligence and field-level data to help global brands, biofuel producers, and carbon buyers transition toward regenerative agriculture practices. By combining primary field-level data with foundational scientific models, Arva’s optimization engine enables organizations to achieve verified, audit-ready outcomes for reducing Scope 3 emissions, generating biofuel credits, and facilitating carbon dioxide removals. The company provides comprehensive program management services that span the entire lifecycle from farmer enrollment and compensation through measurement, verification, and audit-ready delivery of results. Arva’s methodology is grounded in a decade of field research and incorporates models co-developed with the US Department of Energy. Founded by farmers and built on rigorous scientific foundations, the company brings deep expertise in translating regenerative agriculture practices into measurable supply chain advantages. Since its establishment in 2023, Arva has demonstrated significant impact in the regenerative agriculture space. The company has supported the regeneration of more than 4.4 million acres across nine countries, facilitated the reduction of 3.4 million metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions, and returned more than $100 million to the farmers who implemented these practices. This track record positions Arva as a leader in quantifying and documenting environmental outcomes while maintaining rigorous industry standards.
