Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management or marketing experience in automotive.
• Strong understanding of suspension products and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy for the Camburg suspension line.
• Conduct market research on customer needs and competitor products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for suspension products.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and improve products within the category.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including pricing and inventory.
• Set product specifications, track quality, and run testing as needed.
• Analyze pricing and profitability to optimize the product portfolio.
• Work with marketing, sales, and support for launches and campaigns.
• Engage key customers to gather feedback and inform product improvements.
