Restaurant Associates in Weehawken, NJ is seeking a Sushi Sous Chef to join our culinary team at UBS. You will lead sushi operations for both café and catering, ensuring high-quality, consistent presentation and service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience as a Sushi Chef, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in fine dining, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or related food service operations.
• Knowledge of food and industry trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Supervisory, leadership, training, management, and coaching skills.
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred.
