Job summary

Sushi Freak Uptown in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Sushi Roller to join a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You’ll prep, roll, and plate sushi, keep work areas clean, stock supplies, and assist with other kitchen duties.

Prior sushi rolling experience preferred; you should be a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Uptown location.
