Kura Sushi Union City is hiring line cooks/prep cooks to join the Kura Krew at Union Landing in Union City, CA. The role focuses on preparing sushi by Kura standards, delivering high-quality, fresh dishes, and maintaining a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates are team players who are organized, able to multitask, and committed to food safety and guest satisfaction. Part-time shifts, with days, nights, weekends, and holidays available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards in the kitchen.
