Job summary

Kura Sushi USA is hiring Line Cooks/Prep Cooks in Parsippany for part-time roles. You’ll prepare sushi and other menu items, uphold food quality, and keep the kitchen clean and efficient. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen is a plus.
• Knowledge of sushi prep standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate sushi and other menu items to Kura standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
• Assist with stocking and prep for shifts.
• Provide friendly service to guests and support teammates.
