Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sushi in quantities according to the menu and number of people served.
• Prepares all sushi items according to company recipes.
• Prepares all sushi items using proper kitchen equipment.
• Serves customers with a smile and a willing attitude; builds relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Follow the employee handbook at all times, especially service standards and appearance.
• Meets and exceeds company standards in food, service, quality, and cleanliness.
