Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a sushi preparation role to produce fresh, high-quality sushi rolls for in-store sales and to assist customers with made-to-order requests. You will learn traditional techniques from experienced sushi chefs in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

You will work with the team to prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure top-notch presentation and satisfaction for every guest.
