Qualifications

• Experience preparing sushi and related items according to recipes and standards.
• Commitment to food safety and proper hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Preps all food to ensure items meet specifications and recipes.
• Displays proper food safety techniques and hygiene practices.
• Open station and support service starting at 2pm, five days a week.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of prep areas and equipment.
