Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Sushi Clerk for its Hy-Chi department. You will help fill customer orders, prepare fresh products, and maintain high food-safety standards to ensure a clean, organized department.

You will greet customers, take orders, monitor stock and product freshness, and support teammates to deliver a positive shopping experience. Prior food-handling experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and service.

• Six months or more of similar or related experience preferred.

You may encounter continuous exposure to raw fish, flour, dust, noise, and temperature extremes, with occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals or solvents.
