Qualifications

• Sushi, cooking, prep and food safety experience required.
• Fine dining and resort/hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sushi and related products to customers.
• Demonstrate high-level knife skills and sushi prep techniques.
• Store foods following safety procedures and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Explain menu items to customers and assist with dining experience.
• Keep up with peak production and service hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
