Qualifications

• 3+ years sushi experience with leadership
• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining
• Proficiency with nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
• Strong knowledge of seafood handling and storage
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sushi kitchen operations ensuring quality and presentation across all sushi offerings
• Oversee preparation and handling of sushi-grade seafood, ensuring freshness and safe storage
• Train and develop the sushi culinary team, establishing standards for prep, technique, and service
