• Assist during peak periods and with receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to size, quantity and recipe using the designated tools.
• Assist cooks by replenishing supplies and maintaining stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces and equipment.
• Lift and carry containers between storage, stations and counters.
• Support kitchen team in busy periods and follow instructions under pressure.
