Qualifications

• 6-10 years aerospace or related field experience; BS engineering, CS, physics, or math; MS/PhD desired.
• Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics); ASE, and mission systems; Operations Analysis incl. modeling/simulation (AFSIM) and threat systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion (electric, hybrid, gas turbine) systems, CAD, Python, MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Member of Archer Defense and Advanced Programs; incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs across Archer's Defense portfolio.
