Qualifications

• 0-3+ years’ experience in land surveying, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and Laser Scanning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing land surveys and field measurements with surveying equipment.
• Conduct boundary surveys to determine legal property lines.
• Support topographic surveys to gather data about features of the area.
• Help in processing and analyzing survey data using software tools.
• Research property records and historical maps to gather land information.
