Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Surveyor II to support land surveying projects from fieldwork through closeout in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role emphasizes planning, data collection, and cross-functional collaboration with field crews, office staff, and subconsultants to deliver accurate, timely survey services.

You will contribute to data documentation, QA, and project deliverables while maintaining safety, meeting deadlines, and upholding quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, geoscience, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
• Experience with field and office surveying tasks.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field work and research to support surveying tasks.
• Prepare topographic, construction, boundary, ALTA surveys and reports.
• Coordinate with field crews, office staff, and subconsultants.
• Review work products for accuracy and conformance with requirements.
• Assist in project closeout and documentation management.
• Support safety and maintain equipment.
