Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 0+ years of experience in new construction surveying.
• Strong math skills including algebra, geometry and trigonometry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all staff levels and maintain customer service orientation.
• Willingness to align with company values.
• Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to travel as required, including out-of-town travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle with up-to-date inspection.
• Current surveyor license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of survey equipment and supports multiple projects.
• Assists in determining elevations and laying out stakes with correct data.
• Operates Total Station, GPS data collector, and Auto Levels.
• Reads construction drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn new concepts and adapt to new technologies.
