Job Summary:

The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and topographic surveys to support the planning, design, and implementation of water supply infrastructure projects. This role involves field data collection, data analysis, and collaboration with design and construction teams to ensure accurate alignment and placement of water pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, and related structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for water supply projects.

Conduct route surveys for pipeline alignment and identify obstructions or constraints.

Utilize survey instruments (e.g., Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) for precise measurements.

Prepare survey drawings, plans, and as-built documentation using CAD/GIS software.

Ensure all survey work complies with local standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

Maintain proper records of field data, survey reports, and equipment usage.

Assist in site investigations, borehole logging, and utility mapping as needed.
