Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Master's degree in Construction or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly feedback meetings with EU administrators (Dean, Academic Advisor, or Program Director).
• Maintain accurate attendance daily and weekly.
• Make phone calls to students who have been absent.
• Review and administer pre- and post-testing in all appropriate courses.
• Administer required surveys and assessments in all appropriate courses.
• Notify registrar of changes in roster.
• Maintain an accurate and fair grading scheme for each student.
• Adhere to all University policies, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain formal, neat, legible syllabi for courses.
• Update attendance daily and grades weekly; secure physical records on campus.
• Conduct class at scheduled times; minimize breaks.
• Avoid dismissing classes early; arrive 20 minutes early to prepare.
• Be available to students 15 minutes before class for questions/advising.
• Submit grades no later than Monday 5pm EST following each term.
• Ensure students adhere to University Policy.
