Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surveying role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and data processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey drawings and mapping deliverables using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Process field data collected with GPS, robotic total stations, and other equipment.
• Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and easement exhibits.
• Perform deed research, deed plotting, and boundary calculations.
• Review field data for completeness and accuracy prior to drafting.
• Prepare point files and stakeout information for field crews.
• Maintain CAD files per company standards and QC procedures.
• Coordinate with field crews, project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Assist revisions, calculations, and final survey documents.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting project schedules and maintaining accuracy.
