Job summary

AEA Investors is seeking a Survey Technician to process and analyze survey data using CAD software to create accurate drawings. The role involves supporting the survey department, processing field data for plats and plans, and preparing ALTA survey documents in a hybrid on-site/in-office setting.

The candidate will handle 3D point cloud data to generate surfaces, maintain CAD standards, and prepare boundary maps and descriptions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Ability to process and analyze survey data accurately.
• Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Process field data for plats and plans.
• Prepare boundary composite maps and property descriptions.
