About the Position: Serve as a Hydrographic Survey Technician responsible for conducting hydrographic surveys utilizing multi beam and single beam sonar equipment, processing collected data, and presenting data in the required formats for delivery to end users. This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities

The below duties are at the full performance level of the GS -11. The lower grades perform developmental assignments under closer than normal supervision. Assignments become progressively more difficult until the next performance level is reached.

Requirements & Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
