Job Description

In a fast‑paced environment, you will work with surveyors and engineers on designs that include grading, utility, roadway, and drainage design requiring the ability to think on your feet and communicate very effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field learning and utilizing fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of surveying to make precise survey measurements of potentially large tracts of land operating surveying instruments.
• Carry surveying instruments to, from, and in the field.
• Establish and maintain friendly, business‑like relations with those contacted in the course of work.
• Ability to utilize sound judgment, independent decision making, and prolonged focus to complete surveying tasks.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected salary range is $52,000 - $90,000, depending on education, experience, and licensure. Additionally, performance‑based bonuses may be offered.
