LVI Associates is seeking a Survey Project Manager in Amherst/Concord, NH to oversee a range of survey projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical capability, leadership, and the ability to work with a collaborative team on boundary, topographic, route and construction surveys, with mentoring of junior staff and coordination with other PMs.

Formación

• Ability to manage diverse survey assignments with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
• Management/PM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight and management of survey projects, including boundary, topographic, route surveys, construction layout, and as‑built surveys.
• Complete town and registry research.
• Supervise and mentor junior survey staff.
• Coordinate with other project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage client communication and expectations.
• Survey data processing and preparation of drafting deliverables.
• Contribute to development design and permitting tasks.
• Independent execution of work with limited supervision while supporting a collaborative team environment.
