Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Project Surveyor to oversee diverse surveying projects from proposal to completion in the Boston area.

You will work with clients, field crews, and office staff to deliver on schedule and within budget while providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of land surveying experience, strong knowledge of field methods, and proficiency in CAD software such as Civil 3D and Carlson.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of land surveying experience with project management and client-facing duties.
• Strong surveying knowledge, field methods, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as Civil 3D and Carlson.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities
