Overview

If you are a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial Land Surveyor looking to help expand surveying capabilities, then let’s talk! A growing civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying firm is seeking a Survey Project Manager to manage survey projects for public sector and private development clients. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience with boundary surveys, topographic mapping, subdivision plats, construction staking, and ALTA surveys.

The firm specializes in providing professional consulting services for municipal and land development clients. Their markets include municipal, residential subdivisions and multi-family, commercial, and industrial warehouses. They are recognized for excellence and client service and have earned a reputation as one of the top firms in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage survey projects, including scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and supervise survey crews and office staff
  • Conduct and review boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
  • Ensure compliance with Georgia and South Carolina minimum technical standards
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and stakeholder interactions
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate survey technicians and field staff
  • Research land records, deeds, and prior surveys to support project accuracy
Essential Job Functions

  • Professional Land Surveyor license in GA or SC, or ability to obtain within 6 months
