A growing civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying firm is seeking a Survey Project Manager to manage survey projects for public sector and private development clients. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience with boundary surveys, topographic mapping, subdivision plats, construction staking, and ALTA surveys.

The firm specializes in providing professional consulting services for municipal and land development clients. Their markets include municipal, residential subdivisions and multi-family, commercial, and industrial warehouses. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage survey projects, including scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Lead and supervise survey crews and office staff
• Conduct and review boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• Ensure compliance with Georgia and South Carolina minimum technical standards
• Represent the firm in client meetings and stakeholder interactions
• Mentor, train, and evaluate survey technicians and field staff
• Research land records, deeds, and prior surveys to support project accuracy

Essential Job Functions
