KS Associates, Inc. is seeking a licensed Professional Surveyor to join our team as a Survey Project Manager. You will lead a variety of land surveying projects from start to finish, manage field crews, and serve as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PS) license in Ohio is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and Mapping, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in land surveying project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads.
• Experience with Trimble software and surveying equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Manage multiple surveying projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Lead field surveys and oversee data collection, processing, and analysis
• Use advanced equipment (GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, 3D laser scanners)
• Apply AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, and Trimble Business Center software
• Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as-built surveys
• Supervise and mentor field crews and survey technicians
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality standards
• Promote safety and uphold KS Associates’s Health and Safety Plan
