The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ohio and familiarity with land record research. Responsibilities include preparing surveys and directing field personnel. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare Boundary surveys and ALTA surveys.
• Generate staking points and process field data.
• Ensure surveys meet State of Ohio standards.

Skills

S.I. working towards Ohio P.S. license

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Job description

We are expanding our Survey Department and are looking for qualified Surveyors.

Years of Experience

3+ years minimum within the State of Ohio

Skills Required

• Applicant should be a S.I. working towards a Ohio P.S. license or currently a licensed Ohio P.S.
• Duties include the preparation of Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, Subdivision Plats, Topographic surveys, right-of-way plans, Legal Descriptions, generate staking points, and processing of field data.
• Applicant must be familiar with land record research and platting requirements within County and City agencies around the Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio areas.
• Ability to direct field personnel to perform field surveys to State of Ohio minimum standards or above.
• This position will be an office based position with minimal outside field work. Applicant could be a current field surveyor looking to the office environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Understanding of Trimble survey equipment and data collection.
• Project scheduling, personnel management, and work production techniques.
