Job Title: Survey Party Chief
Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Survey Party Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in conducting topographic and boundary surveys, as well as construction staking. This role requires proficiency with GPS and robotic surveying equipment. The Survey Party Chief will be responsible for leading two- and three-person survey crews in the field, ensuring accurate calculation and recording of field data.
Responsibilities
Work involves fieldwork in various weather conditions and requires travel to project sites within Kansas. The role demands physical ability to perform surveying tasks, including walking, standing, and carrying equipment. The Crew Chief will have the benefit of taking the company truck home, and gas, lodging, and meals are provided via per diem when overnight travel is necessary.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $50.00/hr.
