Job summary

Lead and perform land surveys across construction staking, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, boundary, subdivision, and NCDOT location surveys. Supervise the crew for accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Train junior technicians in equipment use, field procedures, and safety; maintain high accuracy and productivity; communicate effectively with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of survey experience.
• NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
• Proficient with GPS, RTK, VRS, and robotic total station equipment.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a strong plus.
