Job summary

LHH is seeking a Survey Crew Chief/Party Chief to lead a field team on diverse land surveying and infrastructure projects in South Florida. You will oversee 3–5 crew members, perform field surveying tasks, and ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with project managers and office staff, and willingness to travel throughout South Florida with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying experience preferred.
• Previous Survey Crew Chief/Party Chief experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat and challenging terrain

Ability to work a typical 5-day schedule with occasional Saturdays

Willingness to travel throughout South Florida as needed

Additional work throughout Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami

Travel outside the area may occasionally be required, with hotel and per diem provided.
