Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Survey Office Technician to join our St. Charles, MO team.

You will assist in preparing topographic surfaces, boundary work, ALTA/Cadastral surveys, and process spatial data from drone, scanning, and LiDAR sources with on-the-job training. This hands-on role offers growth through professional development, with potential sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of survey experience in field or office.
• Experience with AutoDesk Civil3D.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience using surveying software, processing and interpreting data.
• Knowledge of Topographic surfaces, contours, spot elevations.
• Experience with boundary, easement, and parcel data; drafting property boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing topographic surfaces, contours and surface analyses.
• Process spatial data from drone, scanning, LiDAR and other sources with on‑the‑job training.
• Prepare data and base-files for use by Project Managers in Survey and Civil practices.
• Contribute to boundary, easement and parcel data documentation.
• Research deeds and plats for boundary surveys.
