Job summary

Sundt Construction in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Survey Technician to support field and office surveying tasks. You will operate GPS, total stations, and levels, read blueprints, perform stakeouts, and help maintain survey data and equipment.

Responsibilities include updating construction documents, interfacing with team members, and assisting with Revit model adjustments as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and interface with others.
• Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
• Working on NICET certification and 2 years survey and/or layout experience.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of the plans (blueprint reading).
• Operate all survey equipment (GPS, total station, level, etc.).
• Perform basic survey calculations to help Party Chief.
• Keep construction documents up to date.
• Keep equipment in proper working order.
• Keep truck fully stocked with materials.
• Perform construction stakeout and store stakeout data.
• Understand and make changes to Revit model.
