ICF is hiring flexible part-time REMOTE Survey Research interviewers! The work supports vital health-focused surveys for our Federal and global health agencies. As a Survey Researcher at ICF, you’ll help collect data via specific telephone questions; the collected data is used to identify risks and monitor trends that allow our clients to deliver targeted effective health policy interventions. This role is fully remote and part-time, approximately 20 - 29 hours each week. Hours of work can vary, and the ICF Recruiter will provide schedule options.

Job Description:
Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses, often using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. Training will be provided on delivering the script and entering responses.
Engage positively with members of the public during each survey, remaining neutral and unbiased regarding their responses.
Build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team Lead, who support your progress and project goals. The aim is to develop highly trained and motivated team members who enjoy dynamic and rewarding work experiences.
Must be able to sit for long periods.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Must reside within one of the specified states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, Kansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, North Carolina & North Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Oklahoma, Nevada, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Louisiana, Idaho, Arkansas, & Alabama.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
At least 6 months of call center, customer service, or collections experience preferred.
Experience collecting and recording data from the public.
Professional Skills:
Active listening and communication skills, both written and oral. Enunciate clearly and coherently.
Ability to positively engage with the public and remain neutral during interviews.
Strong interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and cooperation.
Flexibility in work schedule with limited overtime as needed.
Clear telephone voice and ability to read from a script accurately.
Basic computer skills, including keyboard proficiency and data entry at 30 words per minute.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to meet performance metrics.

Pay Range: The pay for this position, based on full-time employment, ranges from $25,839 to $43,926, depending on various factors including experience, skills, location, and certifications.
