Job summary

Olsson is seeking a summer intern on the Survey team to gain hands-on field experience performing topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and construction staking under guidance. You will travel to job sites, work in varied terrains and weather, and develop strong teamwork and communication while pursuing a degree in land surveying or related field.

Valid driver's license is required, and you will be mentored by experienced surveyors to build practical skills in safety,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in land surveying, construction management, civil engineering technology or related field.
• Valid driver's license with good driving history.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a summer intern on the Survey team, you will perform meaningful, hands‑on, real‑world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You’ll work for our clients on projects with guidance from our experienced surveyors. You will assist with the performance of fieldwork including, but not limited to, topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and construction staking. You will travel to job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
