DRMP's Surveying & Mapping/Geomatics Division is HIRING and we're looking for entry-level, Survey Field Technicians to join our Orlando office.

Your Primary Responsibilities include

• Load truck with the necessary equipment and supplies for the day.
• Transport and set up instruments/equipment; prepare the job site.
• Clear brush and trees from survey lines.
• Hold the prism pole steady for surveyors to determine elevations.
• Measure distances between points using tape or electronic equipment.
• Assist with survey equipment setup and operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or specialized training from a vocational or technical school.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to clear brush (machete use) and set up survey equipment.
• Knowledge of survey equipment and measurements.
