Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals—ranging from entry-level candidates to experienced field personnel to join our land surveying team. This position offers a clear career path in the surveying industry, providing hands-on experience in collecting precise spatial data using advanced technologies for major construction and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Set up, operate, calibrate, and care for advanced surveying equipment to guarantee precise data collection.


• Field Surveying Execution: Assist in conducting various survey types, including boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys across diverse outdoor terrains.


• Data Integrity & Safety: Adhere strictly to technical guidelines, field safety standards, and project instructions to ensure zero-error field measurements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Prior knowledge of surveying field techniques and data collection is preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong mechanical/technical aptitude will be trained. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.


• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods, walk across uneven or challenging terrain, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs of equipment throughout the workday.


• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and focus, recognizing that accurate field data directly impacts construction and land development outcomes.


• Environmental Adaptability: Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
