Job summary

Audubon Companies seeks an Audubon Survey Data Technician to collect, process, and manage survey data supporting pipeline, engineering, and land development projects. You will support multiple survey crews and work with the project manager to ensure timely receipt and processing of data in a Civil3D environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• Experience with survey equipment.
• Familiarity with surveying software and data processing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Record, organize, and verify survey data received from multiple survey crews.
• Download, process, and perform quality checks on collected data.
• Assist survey crews with layout, staking, and as-built data collection.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure data meets project requirements.
• Prepare field notes, reports, and documentation for project records.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in survey data.
• Interface with third party teams to support ongoing project efforts.
