LVI Associates is seeking a Survey Crew Chief in Wilmington, NC to lead field crews across boundary, topographic, ALTA, and coastal projects. You will oversee daily field operations, ensure safety and quality, and mentor junior staff on a diverse mix of land development and coastal work.

The role requires hands-on experience with GPS and robotic survey tools, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading survey crews in the field.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, construction, and land development surveying.
• Experience using modern GPS and robotic survey equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret plats, deeds, engineering drawings, and construction plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with waterfront, marine, or Waterway survey projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
