Job summary

Actalent in Princeton, NJ is seeking a land surveying professional to perform Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys on site. You will review survey work and prepare surface modeling for project teams.

Responsibilities include construction stakeout and maintaining proficiency with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring survey accuracy.

Requirements

• Land surveying expertise.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in projects involving site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Princeton, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
