Stonefield Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Crew Chief for our Survey division. This role includes managing a survey field crew and conducting various types of surveys using advanced equipment. Ideal candidates will have a proactive mindset and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work with Survey Project Managers and licensed Surveyors to plan and evaluate survey projects, manage a survey field crew, and perform survey fieldwork on various projects for Stonefield clients.
The Survey Crew Chief works independently or with team members, utilizing GPS and robotic Total Station to perform Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and Construction Staking. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in survey and general engineering language to communicate effectively with staff, clients, contractors, and the public. Responsibilities include maintaining survey equipment, ensuring safety on job sites, and training new field personnel.
