Job summary

Atwell, LLC, a bold leader in the consulting, engineering, and construction services industry, is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to contribute to a diverse project portfolio. You will generate ALTA maps, final plats, maps of dedication, construction layouts and staking while upholding Atwell's standards.

You will analyze survey data, review legal descriptions and easement documents, and plan modifications in response to agency and client revisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D required or strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred.
• Solid understanding of Atlas/Topography, boundaries and construction staking.
• Experience with point cloud data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce drawings such as ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts and staking.
• Analyze project survey data and existing site conditions.
• Edit and modify plans based on agency, municipality or client revisions.
• Coordinate workflow with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet chargeability goals.
• Support design staff and maintain Atwell's drafting standards.
