Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with boundary and topographical survey layout.
• Candidates capable of obtaining the Michigan Professional Survey license is a benefit and may offer the opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Preview survey field notes and field data, and prepare survey using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Read and interpret property descriptions and/or maps, surveys, and other field documents.
• Communicate with the land survey crew in the field and clients to ensure deliverables are met.
• Follow company standards for drawing creation and presentation.
