Job summary

Jobot seeks a CAD Technician to support surveyors, engineers, and construction leads in turning raw field data into precise CAD drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will draft boundaries, topo features, hydrography, and as-builts, while collaborating with clients and teammates.

With 2–5+ years in land survey drafting, you’ll help set CAD standards and travel locally as needed. A strong benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of land survey drafting or CAD work required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD (2007+).
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Input, edit, and finalize drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Process field data, deeds, plats, and survey inputs.
• Draft boundaries, topography, hydrography, and related drawings.
• Update plans as projects evolve and maintain documentation.
• Produce final deliverables like point clouds and as-builts.
• Help establish CAD standards to streamline workflow.
• Travel locally or regionally to job sites or meetings as needed.
