Job summary

gpac is seeking a survey professional to develop plans and construction documents under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor. The role involves efficient multi-tasking, accurate work, and adherence to CAD standards while handling multiple assignments with tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of survey experience or an Associate’s Degree in CAD, with knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field.
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats.
• Exceptional client service skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor

• Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
• Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
• Microstation experience preferred
• Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
• General knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills
